Terms of service

By placing an order on wovnpieces.com, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Products: All pieces are handwoven and may carry minor natural variations in texture, colour, or pattern — this is characteristic of the material, not a defect.
  2. Pricing and payment: Prices are listed in INR and inclusive of shipping across India. Drop pieces can be purchased prepaid or Cash on Delivery. Custom Canvas orders are prepaid only.
  3. Order acceptance: We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.
  4. Custom orders: Custom Canvas pieces are made to order based on customer-submitted designs and are non-refundable once production begins, except in the case of manufacturing defects. Production typically takes 3-4 weeks.
  5. Designs and Intellectual property: Some pieces in our catalog, and many Custom Canvas orders, are inspired by or reference existing characters, logos, teams, or media. These are produced as independent, interpretive artistic works. WOVN does not claim official affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by any brand, franchise, or rights holder referenced in a design.
  6. For Custom Canvas orders, you are responsible for the image you submit. By submitting a design, you confirm you have the right to share it with us for the purpose of creating your piece, and you agree to release WOVN from liability for any third-party claim arising from your submission.
  7. If a rights holder raises a concern about a specific design, we will review and address it in good faith, which may include discontinuing that design.
  8. Limitation of liability: WOVN is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or this website, beyond the value of the order in question.
  9. Changes to terms: These terms may be updated at any time; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current version.
  10. Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
